- A very noticeable trait of Lennie's is that he is a very hard worker however he is not very smart... "Oh! I ain't saying he's bright. He ain't. But I say he's a God damn good worker."(p.22)

After reading a character foil on Lennie, I can conclude that George is an entire different person. If you go to page 14, George tells Lennie not to talk.This shows that George is very protective of Lennie, he needs to help Lennie because he is not very bright. Also, on page 2, it states that the walk in a single file line even in open space. This tells me that George is the leader and Lennie always follows him. As well, throughout the book, George is more aggressive while Lennie is more shy and to himself.
